I had a few in mind to list, but thought I would not go there and keep it lighter. I can think of a lot that otherwise well meaning people (or sometimes not) still use, not even being conscious of racist, sexist or exhibiting prejudice toward those with disabilities that people need to just leave behind.

I will never forget when a relative of mine used a term for a brazil nut in my presence, and how shocked and disappointed I was in that person that I loved very much.

I agree that slurs are a given, and don't need to be listed here. Since someone already called out "my ask is...", I'll suggest that "thinking outside the box" is just so inside the box at this point.
