Dig it! So I guess I've got another new gig....

While I am waiting to hear from Truefire.com about the contest (which now ends on December 15th) I was contacted by Curious.com to do video lesson courses. If I win Truefire I'll probably do my lesson series based on "Expanded Blues Guitar" and do "Foundations for Guitar" for Curious. If I lose I'll do both for Curious. Not sure how the pay structure works for Truefire but its pretty good at Curious...similar to how I pay the teachers here for classes plus they give a nice advance on delivery of the lessons....it'll be nice getting paid for the videos directly for once.

For the short term they're just going to have a few of my free Youtube lessons on my profile in the next week or so.....any "real" content for them is going to take a month or two to get produced....

Very cool stuff, Mark. Your good work is being recognized, which is nice. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

Sweet. Time to just sit back and watch the $$ roll in.

Thanks!

At first I was afraid that this was another "Expert Village" kind of thing but they seem pretty serious about getting solid content in....

BOTH DOLLARS!!!! I"M RICH BITCHEZZZ!!11!!

Actually, if I can get a few of these things up and they are decently well regarded it would be a nice if smaller new revenue stream for me.

Cool Mark your lessons were killer glad to see that even if we didn't do a good enough job of stuffing the ballot box you're being recognized

Mark, it's very cool that your talent is being recognized. Although it might not be a huge revenue stream, you never know where that stream will lead.

[Coralkong]

You know we love you, Mark.....I mean...you know we do. We give you a hard time, sure....we beat about your bitch.....but we, all and one of us, stand up for you and are proud to do so.
