Some ski folk never really stopped using that phrase. People a little younger than I, without kids. Dads dare not try it. One looks one is trying too hard. Some of the same people also used the phrase, "right on." Generally when expressing happiness that something went well for someone else. Such as a new job, good run, etc.Don’t embarrass your kids using that word
