What was your last car with an ash tray & lighter?

shoeless

I'm not talking about a 12V jack for plugging in chargers and accessories, but a legitimate ash tray and cigarette lighter.

For me, it's my 2002 GMC pickup truck. It has a pull-out sliding ash tray and came with the push-in heating element lighter. I don't imagine they lasted too much longer after that.

Whatchya got?

Last year of the Pontiac Vibe I believe had one so that one. 2010. I loved that little car.

99 Dodge Van had one.

I don’t think my 2010 or 2013 Chevy trucks had them.

Hmm I can't even remember for sure, since I never used 'em (even when I was an enthusiastic weed smoker).

I'm sure my '76 Monza had them. After that,

I'm thinking it was my 89 Mazda 323. I had that car from 1992-1996. Four speed manual with no AC. A real problem in the District.

Current van is a 2014 Extended Express 2500. I bought it used, it already had the lighter in it. I had to order the ashtray that fits in one of the cup holders for it.

I think mine was a 99 Altima. Ashtray ended up being the change tray.

My 2008 Tacoma still had a pull-out lighter but no ashtray.

Back in high school, my buddy had inherited his grandpas 1980-something Olds Delta 98. That baby had ashtrays AND working lighter in the armrests of all 4 doors.

Well, I still have the 1971 NewYorker that has 2 ashtrays in the dash and each rear seat door has an ashtray. There is a lighter on each “shoulder” of the front bench seat, angled back to the rear seat passenger.

For daily drivers, it was the 2007 Dodge Charger. Never got used though.

2007 Ford Ranger...

My 2010 Mazda 3 had a place to put an ashtray and the 12v socket could take a lighter but I didn't use it...

My last car, a 1997 Acura Integra GSR. I loved that car and I might still have it but I simply wasn't driving it much so it didn't make sense to be paying insurance and registration for a few thousand miles a year, if that . Now cars are jointly owned so our 2019 Subaru Forester does not have ashtrays or a cig lighter

I'd love to see a pic of that New Yorker. My folks had one too...

Probably my dad’s shitty Ford Ranger which was made sometime in the eighties. He kept that truck running amazingly well for a vehicle made during a dark period at Ford. Of course he had to keep tools behind the seat so he could pull over and fix it on the side of the road. He actually bought a timing light so he could pull over and fix the timing belt on the side of the road.

My 1988 Mazda B2200 pickup definitely had those. I didn't smoke, but I did burn 2 stroke oil.
