Genuinely curious. Is Henning as creepy, cringeworthy and annoying irl as he is in his videos? Along with the shouty, angry long-haired Canadian bloke (which in itself doesn't make sense) he's probably my least favourite YouTube guy. Just wondering.
Btw, this is probably the first year I can remember having absolutely zero interest in whatever's launched around NAMM time. Suppose I actually am happy with the gear I have at the moment. Of course some new gear would be cool, but I really don't NEED it.

You don't have to try in another language to come off as quirky.

American had to google CosmoFest, to see if it was about the magazine, the drink or, the Kramer. I knew of Long and McQuade but, never heard of Cosmo Music.

They just did a live stream from the floor during a break from setting up. They do a walk around part of the floor.
Saw a clip online the other day of a John5 solo show. He was using something similar w/ a LED cab backline displaying various graphics in sync w/ the music and it was pretty interesting.
He seems to have taken the tack that he needs to dial back the "FUCK YOU GLENN" character a bit and bring more positivity to things since his wife fell ill, which I think kinda underscores that it's more of a character for YouTube than it is his actual personality. He seems to have a good heart.

They didn’t do the festival this year. Sounds like they’ve decided to stop it all together.
I didn’t hear of any issues at the last event.
I think my only beef with it was that the free concerts, outside, would draw a lot of people just for the concert.
They wouldn’t shop. They wouldn’t visit the vendors in the tent.
It got to the point where I left before the last two bands hit the stage.
Cosmo may have seen that as a negative enough to stop the event.
They weren’t small-time bands on the main stage in the evening.
To tie this all back to NAMM, Cosmo received an award from NAMM the first year that I went.
I had absolutely everything to do with them winning that award. (That’s a lie.)
