I have. It took a few years for me to ask the question, "why would a kid need a car anyways?".
The fake jamming annoyed me more than the song.

There is a newer donate car commercial with a different but also annoying song. They are sort of parading down a street with Guitar Kid in front? I can’t find it anywhere, all the results are for the “1877 kars4kids” one.
