I can testify that there are versions of songs (half a fridge of beer before the one Lino posted) that are far better. Monkey Wrench rocked.

We did Monkey Wrench twice...Friday and Saturday.

I don't know if I got video of both times, but I know I got Saturday's version...and I know I was thinking "we need to do Monkey Wrench very soon". :embarrassed:

The pain is way down and so is the swelling. But the swelling that is there goes from the foot to half way up the outside of my right leg. Not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing. I am able to put full weight on the foot with minimal pain so I am guessing that I should be back running by Monday next week at the latest....

It took you four years to break me and I heal quick.....you'll have to try harder next time....
