Yep.
That is what dropper posts are for. ;-)hmmm, I'm gonna try it this weekend. I think it's harder of my seat is at the proper height for climbing. That'll be my excuse anyways.

Awesome! Looks like fun, and you look like you would be very fun for those kids to ride with. Or anyone for that matter. You always look like you are enjoying the ride.Took a ride with some junior racers Sunday. I like passing on tips and giving out encouragement.

Um, no.
In Idaho, at least in my part, that would be a sheep wagon. Wooden wheels if for a parade, old truck wheels and tires if it was a working rig.Only in Texas

Yes, was thinking about coming to post about that. I will miss him. I know there are probably other better coverages of the tour, but I always liked watching Paul, Phil, and good ol' goofy Bob. Really a loss, in my mind anyway.Haven't seen a post here, so just posting my sorrow at the passing of Paul Sherwen on Sunday.
RIP Paul. "It's just a little bit further."

It's like Madden and Summerall - PhilnPaul were an institution. And you got to know and care for them.
I feel terribly for Phil, who has lost a partner, and for all of the people on the team. They were together a long time. And Paul's family - just very sad.
I always kinda liked ol' Bob. But I guess he would be better as a color commentator and sidekick rather than a regular partner.I feel terrible for Phil if they make Bob Roll his new partner.

Alright, got the 29er all fixed up today. Put a tube in the rear tubeless tire (never diagnosed the cause of air loss), bled the brakes, put sealer in the front tire. Unfortunately with all the snow in the local mountains we're not climbing to elevation tomorrow, but instead going to do some singletracks in a local canyon. Should be fun. Not as fun as bombing down a fireroad covered with snow at 40mph with no traction, but I'm getting too old for ER visits.
I am working on being flowy and fun, but maybe not too freaking fast. Smooth and solid is the goal for me. Plenty of fun there. My biggest concern about riding is not getting killed but getting hurt. It takes a long time to recover/rehab at my age. The separated shoulder a couple of years ago took longer to heal than my last knee surgery
I'm getting less adventurous every year :(
