I’m curious about the genetic part of the soap versus cilantro taste. The first few times I ate cilantro it tasted like soap. For a while I asked for iti to be held from my food at restaurants. A year or two later somebody still put it on despite me asking it to be withheld. I was hungry and I ate it and it was wonderful. Now I like it on most of my Mexican food.
