I need help. I'm selling a bunch of stuff on Craig's List. All my ads clearly state "No flakes." Yet every one who responds winds up flaking as if I requested flakes. Why is reading so hard to do? What am I doing wrong? My ad is perfectly clear. It says, "No flakes."
