You don't deserve koa.
Ok, so I’ve never been a gamer and 97% of grandmothers could destroy me at Mario Kart.

But knowing that I’ll basically be living in my bed or couch for the next couple of months, I cracked and ordered a PS5.

Thing is, I have no idea which games to order.

I hate FPS games and multi-player, and I am (as I said) awful.

I’ve read that NBA 2K has sadly devolved into a pay-to-win.

It comes with Horizon Forbidden West, and I’ve ordered the Spider-Man and Assassin’s Creed games. ‍

Anything else in mind? Or did I basically just blow $1K?

I don't have one, but these look interesting:

Last of Us pt. 1
Elden Ring
Death Stranding
Resident Evil Village
A Plague Tale: Requiem

(Though for all I know these are old games that no one cares about anymore).

I don't currently play video games and have never bought a console.... but when the Spiderman Game came out, I borrowed an extra console from my daughter's boyfriend just to play that game. I'd come home from work, play a chapter or so, and there is a thing to change the difficulty levels.

Since then, a Miles Morales Spiderman game came out... and I think there's a Spiderman 2 coming out soon.

Watching the beginning of this playthrough you can see the quality of the cut scene movies and the play mechanics are really cool... swinging through the city streets is so much fun… I think you’ll dig it. :baimun:

Elden Ring is not a game for beginners. It is brutally difficult, to the point that even hardcore gamers asked the developer for an easier difficulty level and the developers refused.

Red Dead Redemption 2

Don't make the mistake in thinking this is just a cowboy shooter game.

It has a really great single player story mode with rich free roaming options that let you turn the game into whatever you want it to be. Beautiful graphics & music. Overall, it's an immersive and extremely satisfying experience. Most folks that play it through, really wish they could go back and experience it again, for the first time. I'm on my 3rd playthrough.

It’s one of the top selling games. Also how hard could it be this guy beat it playing some bananas.

I 100% agree. It is not just a hard game but has really complex leveling systems and it doesn't teach you any of it.
I throw my vote in for Red Dead 2
