I suppose , if you’re stoned, it might be fun to take the time to figure out how to get the bags closed, kinda like a puzzle. But, you’ll probably be losing some shake out of the bag if you don’t get it closed.

Neither my son, nor I, could get the bags to close without some careful time and effort. My time is too valuable for that shit. Fool me once, shame on you. It’s name brand sandwich bags for me from here on out.

Dual zipper technology. Freshness comes at a price.
 
I like Zip Lock double blue/green seal. I don’t pay attention to the color but I believe I can feel the seal locking together better.
I also use the gallon and 2 gallon bags for stuff. I open a bag of flour to cook with I put the entire bag in a ziplock bag. Cereal, once I open the bag it gets dumped in a ziplock bag and put back in the box.

Rocky likes his kibble in the actual zipper types. Says the flavor doesn’t dry out.

Also he prefers his Nudges be taken out of the shipping bag and kept in a gallon ziplock bag. Because even though it’s resealable it doesn’t maintain freshness. What can I can I say? Dog knows freshness.
 
I’ve had good luck with Ziplock and Hefty brand, sandwich and gallon size bags.

The Walmart “Great Value” brand of trash bags have been fine. Other things they make have been ok. But, the sandwich bags are crap!
 
People of walmart use those to stuff meth into the corner, cut, twist & knot = on the road to profit!

On a side note, how do you like that Nestle Caramel coffee creamer? I use creamer too. We enjoy the coconut or hazelnut.

And hey....Is that the landfill or recycle bin?

Thanks for telling me. I’ll make a drive over to where the trash bin is located and dig those bags out. I saw my share of Meth Monsters back in the day. I want to help the Meth Community with this small gesture of support.

I use Silk Almond Creamer, caramel as well as sweet cream. I use it as an alternative to dairy creamer for dietary health reasons. My wife even likes Silk and she does not miss having a real dairy creamer.
 
Well, I use the Target store brand bags and they’ve always worked fine. I probably went through thousands of them picking up dog poop before I switched to Amazon brand dog poop bags because they’re less expensive.

That’s good to know. I’ll keep it in mind if we move closer to civilization in the future.

I’m fortunate enough to live on 2.5 acres in the forest. I mainly let my chihuahuas out on the deck to poop and pee. Periodically, I scoop and throw their poop out into the forest.

I don’t let my 3 dogs out in the yard without walking with them because of coyotes. I’ve had one dog taken by coyotes and another that survived 2 attacks in the past. I even have to be careful about letting my dogs out on the back deck in the dark because of raccoons. My surveillance camera caught a close encounter between my 3 dogs and a raccoon one recent night. Fortunately, none of the dogs got attacked before the raccoon ran down the stairs of the deck.

The other danger is aliens. My surveillance cameras catch aliens flying around at night. Sure, some of it can be explained away as blurry images of insects, bats and owls. But, I’m convinced that some of it must my tiny little, extraterrestrial creatures, flying around in small spacecraft.
 
My bitch about sandwich bags is, there are 10,000 boxes of ones with the zipper on the shelf. Good luck playing Where's Waldo looking for a box of the fold over bags.

My wife has been using the Silk Almond Creamer and a couple of other non dairy options for the past couple of months. I like the real dairy creamer.
Some day I will learn to enjoy it black.

We don't use as many plastic bags these days. We have different sizes of containers with snap on lids. They will keep your meth fresh too. We use plastic bags for open packs of hot dogs and what not. Both my son and I can work the zip lock just fine.
