that's not the point.
there are A LOT of people that get fired over what's on their FB page.
if HR doesn't know what name you used to create it, they can't find you and fire you.

Or just treat social media like your work email, and imagine everything being read in a deposition or HR meeting before posting/sending. That's kept me out of trouble. Now, if my employer found my old HC account, I might need a new passport and tickets to a non-extradition country...
