Plans for the holiday weekend?

Oh, he didn't get this. At least not yet. I assume tomorrow, thereby throwing off all weekend plans.
 
I'm loading the family into the van and heading to Jville in an hour. Tomorrow, Daytona for the Coke Zero 400 with HOT PASSES!
Sunday, jamming with my dad and nephew all day and then family dinner at mom and dad's. Monday, heading back up here to chill before work Tuesday.

We are heading to Lake Arrowhead over the weekend with my in-laws mainly so that the dogs don't get complete PTSD over the fireworks around here.

nothing but R&R and some yard work since brushy and bulky is scheduled for my neighborhood next week. I will also go up in the attic and check my water buckets to see if any need draining since it's been raining like the Florida everglades here :embarrassed:
 
I'm actually on vacation all week. Planning on some day trips, one will definately be to the island for surf casting. Another will be out to the National Park in Lexington & Concord MA. I understand that they will be having small parades of Colonial re-enactors travelling the battle road all week.
 
was going to watch fireworks form the boat tonight - but got cancelled due to the rain and thunderstorms rolling in.

So - boat tomorrow - then head to DE on probably Sunday. spend until Wednesday there. That means I'll be pulling weeds and fixing things around the moms house for a few days.
 
At least, these are my plans.
I'll probably have to check with the wife.

Yard work Saturday, then at night having friends over for a bbq and a fire...
Sunday, going to a party which will have a band but really anybody that wants to play can.
Monday....relax and recover.
 
My bandmate has some sites in the national forest all weekend. We'll head up there for an overnight on Sunday. Nothing else planned.
 
My shoulder is acting up so I can’t get any decent sleep. And my husband is taking the kids out of town. So I’ll probably be popping Norco and chilling on the couch.
