Anyone doing anything fun?

We have a birthday party for my cousin's daughter tomorrow and some BBQ and fireworks on Sunday and Monday. All local, all low key!!!

Rebuilding my back deck with my son, and investigating a strange noise that seems to be coming from the front differential on our Suburban. Good times, they be rollin'
 
I always go to my brother's house for the 4th of July - it's his birthday. For all those who celebrate on the 4th, he thanks you!
 
Errands and yard work Saturday.

Party next door Sunday (with fireworks; poor Cubby the dog is gonna be beside himself :( ).

Recovery Monday. Maybe gonna pick up a 60" TV from my folks (they just got a new 65") that needs some TLC, but could be perfect if it goes well :cool:
 
We had planned to go to one of the more devastated flood ravaged communities near Charleston and volunteer all day tomorrow, but this morning the news said that they have more volunteers than they can handle right now (not a bad problem to have). They did say that there would be longer term needs, so volunteering in a few weeks, or even a few months, to help with rebuilding would still be useful.

So, other than dinner with my family on Sunday, I'm not sure what we're doing.

My weekend started on Wednesday at noon.
I tried to do a bit of work in the garage yesterday and was too damned grumpy.

It's rainy here today.
 
I'm working, unfortunately. Sunday I take my wife and kids to the airport so they can take a vacation to my parent's lake house in NH. I'm going to be stuck at work.
 
We acquired a huge government contract a while back and the site (I'm one of the admins) goes live tonight. I'm on call through Monday and likely putting out fires all weekend. :mad:
 
Wife is outta town, my parents are coming in for the weekend. I had grand plans, but I got sick wednesday night and I'm still not back to normal (well, normal for me). So everything is up in the air.
 
My weekend started this morning, hanging out with the plumber that was fixing my water supply line into the house. That was fun, but it should only get better from here.

Backyard campfire at a friend's place tonight, pool part at another friend's on Saturday, 4th celebration in downtown Frederick on Monday. I gotta find something to do on Sunday.

One of the joys of parenthood. Germs that aren't strong enough to attack you can attack your kid where they get a foothold and grow strong enough to attack you.

Basically, our cute little kids are germ incubators.

It does get better once their immune systems tightens up.
 
Mrs. T has all next week off, and of course, I do too.
I'll ride a bunch in the mornings. We'll have the twin grandsons over Sunday night and Monday.
Tuesday the 5th, we'll take the oldest granddaughter to an Astros games and hopefully watch them on their way to a sweep of the Mariners (sorry, @sunvalleylaw :grin:).
We'll do some fishing and hopefully some surfing later in the week.
 
nothing!! i hjave been off this week and this weekend my wife and I are just going to hang out at the house,lay in bed and watch tv

Yah, we will have to see which M's show up. I probably won't be watching. Too much biking, hiking and waterskiing to do!
 
Just a 4th of July block party. May go to a blues jam on Sunday. Tomorrow just want to ride my bike and work in the yard with my plants. Also have some guitar shredding to do as I have a bug up my ass with some things that I want to work out.
 
We are down at my folks for the weekend. Their neighborhood will be doing fireworks tomorrow night, so we will go out on the boat and watch them. They launch them from the dam and shot them over the lake.
