WTF: No, I don't have head lice OK? I just happen to like the way the RID shampoo smells, so I use it OK?

I’ve never used RID. I did not know it included a comb. The inclusion of a “special” comb seems like a smart marketing ploy.

Thinking about this logically, if I’ve never used RID, how can I be certain that I don’t have lice? I don’t think I’ve ever had lice. But, I suppose it’s, at least, within the realm of possibility that I had, or have, lice and did not notice.

This discussion made me wonder about something. If I do happen to notice white things moving around in my hair, is RID my only option? As an alternative, can’t I use one of the combs I already own to pick them out of my hair? Or, could I simply shave my head to eradicate the lice? I ask because I’m just guessing RID must smell awful if @smurfco likes it.

I absolutely do not have lice, but if I did, which I don't, I would take offense at the idea that it is a reason to stay away from somebody. Especially if that person plays the guitar and lives in Austin. but it isn't me because I do not have lice at all

Another option, instead of the t-shirt that reads, “Stay away….” A t-shirt that says, “Lice is higher protein than rice!” could work. It’s more subtle than, “I have lice!” And, it does not explicitly state that the person has lice. Most people would probably still stay away.

I can appreciate your efforts to work from home again. Covid isn’t good enough anymore.

Walk into work with the lice comb stuck in your beard. When somebody asks say I just like the comb and I love the way it lengthens my jawline. You’ll either be able to work from home or they’ll send a van with guys wearing white coats to come pick you up. Leave your keys with the receptionist.
