New car incoming! UPDATE: FINALLY here!

Ordered a car yesterday. It’s a Cadillac CT5-V. I was going to wait another year or two but they are changing the model in’27. I want RWD. Not sure about the future RWD option. So I pulled the trigger.

It’s going to look like this one. Should be here in December. The tires are “summer only”. Not sure when I’ll break it in. Maybe I’ll spend the winter in FL.

I figure if I’m going to start buying Gibson guitars I’m gonna need to haul them in a nicer vehicle. Lol.

I plan to keep my 2018 Impala. The one I just bought new tires for. :angry: It will be my winter car. I'm going switch it over to liability coverage and drive the piss out of it. It's worth more to me than I could get for it.
 
FINALLY picked up my car Monday. They almost sent me a green one. Thank God I bitched about the lack of communication and spoke with the manager. He read out my order from his computer and said green. Thankfully they were able to get it fixed. they were having trouble getting their V-series allocation delivered. I think he fast-tracked my order because they fucked up. Whatever, everything is good. Life is good!

It is limited to 4,500rpm until the breakin period is complete. It's like driving a computer. I seem to have scrolled through a lot of menus.

I can't wait to hit the road and see the back roads of America.
