Hot or Not: My matching P and J basses... let me show you them

I have had this 2013 American standard precision for a while now, and it is my favorite precision that I've had. So when I saw this matching 2014 jazz bass I was like let's do it! the 2012-2015 American Standard basses are good and this Jazz seems like another keeper! Wowowowowowowo

I hate to break this to you but, I've held my tongue since November 25th of last year and I can't take it anymore. Those don't match. The pickups are very different.

well I went down to South Austin Music on a whim today and I saw this thing. The neck is awesome. It is an SLO special which has a smaller neck than a typical stingray, but otherwise is the same. And when I saw the color scheme I pretty much had to get it…

It's an active bass with a preamp. Volume plus three band EQ (bass, mid, treble)
