When I managed a Pappa John's, I had a customer come into the store to yell at me because he thought we put sausage on his pizza instead of ground beef. He said it was too spicy. I asked him if he thought the jalapeños he got on the pizza had anything to do with the spiciness of the pizza and then he said oh yeah. I didn't think about that.
