This is why you fail. You've injected your guess or personal judgement into why someone has certain tattoos, and you couldn't be further from the truth. No explanation will make a difference so I won't waste my time.

...except to say that you shouldn't make fun of tribal arm bands either.

Yeah, we've got the political thread for that...but the people we're allowed to nasty about is rather specific. That, of course, being our elected officials. So in a sense, we are casting aspersions on ourselves AND everyone else.

Can I say that Lemmy pic is horrible? Or am I slamming Lemmy and the person that posted it...neither of which is on my agenda.
