So a trolling engine is okay on a boat, but they can't drive cars? I'm woefully ignorant about their culture and lifestyle, but still confused. That said, I did learn about rumspringa from this gem of a movie:

Different areas have different rules. The Amish to the northwest of me make use of technology if it makes them more efficient. They use electric tools on a generator. Some of them have cell phones. The LED lighting on their buggies are brighter than Las Vegas.

To the east, we have the denser variety. They won't even put reflectors (let alone 12v lights) on their buggies.

All of the evidence is based on hear say. But since everyone has pretty much made up their mind, Haters will continue to Hate.

I have heard too many times people I know that keep saying they do not want to see the Patriots in the playoffs or the Super Bowl. Same goes for the Los Angeles Lakers and I am not a Lakers fan, never have been. Same will go for the Yankees, and I am not a Yankees fan.
