Once you get to the Scottish islands you might as well be on a different continent dialect wise a lot of the time.

I worked a Habitat for Humanity build years ago and my lead was a guy from Isle of Man.

He did well most of the time to drop the dialect, but when he slipped, GEEEESUS!
We made it a game where I would try to guess what the hell he was saying. We had a lot of fun that day.
