I don't watch the Super Bowl expecting to get a lot out of the halftime show. I'm usually out of touch with the artists chosen by the NFL. I pay more attention to the visual aspects. Yet, I've been pleasantly surprised by some of the music a few times. The performances that I recall enjoying the most were Prince, The Rolling Stones, U2, Michael Jackson, Beyonce, Beyonce w/Bruno Mars, Lady Gaga, Janet Jackson w/Justin Timberlake, Rihanna, Dr Dre w/Snoop Dog & others.
