Is there a way to let Sweetwater know I only buy stuff every 10 years so they stop calling?

I've got to buy a bit of kit that my local stores don't carry, and I avoid A-zon as much as I can. However, the thought of ordering from Sweetwater caused pavlovian dread of the extremely awkward phone calls with my assigned rep. The last time I ordered, 10 years ago, I got three follow up calls about whether I was enjoying my very utilitarian bit of stage lighting. It was embarrassing for both the caller and me to make small talk about such a boring item. Is there a phrase I can use that will get them to click the "this a-hole is not worth the follow up call"? I don't like phone calls from my favorite people in the world, and so a call from Colby at Sweetwater hoping to discuss my harmonica rack replacement gasket is a net negative in my life.

When my phone shows an incoming call as “Fort Wayne, Indiana” I just send it to voicemail.

I was able to get Sweetwater to stop contacting me by phone. There’s a setting in the online profile. I cannot recall if I was able to set it as email only or no contact. I don’t recall anywhere I was able to add notes, but I did call my rep to place an order and I explained that I wanted zero phone calls. So, he may have added no contact from his side in notes.

A random rep call has never gotten me to buy from Sweetwater. However, I do call my rep directly when I want to buy something, so that he gets the credit for the sale. I don’t know if they earn commission. At the very least, they can probably earn bonuses. Regardless, even if they are only paid hourly, they are expected to produce, and their bosses keep track of their numbers.
