I like the bevels, but the lumps remind me of a dinosaur or something.
Not a basswood fan, either. That stuff gets beat up in a hurry. Not the worst thing ever, but, no.

yeah, it would get its ass kicked, for sure.
that's kinda the idea.:wink:
it would live with my drummer or one of the guitarists, so I wouldn't have to haul a bass back and forth for gigs.
3hr road trip to get to the rest of the band.
having a bass there would allow me to Greyhound it, saving a ton of cash.

anyone have any idea what these might retail at?
I know LTD is the lower-end of the scale as far as ESP goes.

I certainly wouldn't bother if it hits $500 or more.
talkin' Canadian money here, of course.
 
I don't mind death metal occasionally, but that bass looks TOO death metal for my tastes - like something Alex Webster might play in Cannibal Corpse.
 
I think it's pretty similar to Tom Araya's sig model, actually...
but it's tough to find a punk rock 5str...:wink:
