Yes. I actually have a pair of sticks and a practice pad. I do snare drum exercises and stuff. Never bothered with the whole kit though.

Yesterday, my wife said, out loud, that she was interested in trying to play drums and wished we had a set in the house.

About a week or two ago, I was eyeballing a set on sale at the local store, but didn’t give it much more than a passing thought.

I want a simple 5 piece set so bad but alas, our home renovation came up short in the "expanding space for music" department. Stupid kids need to hurry up and move out. Especially that 9 year old.

We got our 5 year old son a 5 piece electronic kit for his 3rd birthday. He's almost 6 and still can't reach the base pedal. I can. Wink.

Most of my drumming takes place on my dashboard with a pair of chopsticks.
