Artists selling their stuff to raise money for charity is cool. Old rich people hoarding things and dying with the most toys is not cool. But no one who owns an NFL team is cool.I don't know about what the rich weirdo who sold it is gonna do this time, but I think when David Gilmour sold it originally he gave the money all to charity. I could be wrong though
what about the Packers???Artists selling their stuff to raise money for charity is cool. Old rich people hoarding things and dying with the most toys is not cool. But no one who owns an NFL team is cool.

I think that there will always be billionaire music nerds looking to own some amazing music gear. Just like there are rich Americans who buy insane instruments and give them to the Met or the Smithsonian there will be rich Arabs, Russians, and Chinese who want to put expensive stuff in their expensive museums just to show off how rich they are.
Yep, pretty much. Seems like human nature to collect things. The expense of one's collections is limited only by their disposable income. The result is all the junk in my basement is pretty much worthless.I think that there will always be billionaire music nerds looking to own some amazing music gear.
