Achtung! Cryptocurrency dudes

Many valid points (especially the sandwich! and the rich 'defending' their stuff) but this is technology. The USA, if they continue on this path, is pushing high tech out of their borders. It wasn't fully unexpected but I really didn't expect Gensler to go that ape sh**.

I mis-read “staking” for “steaking” and never got the slab of meat that I expected.
Now my cryptocurrency is tied up, or something. I don’t know how it works. They said I’d earn more. So, I clicked the button and it was done.
I should see “free” cryptocurrency in about 2 weeks from now.

All that I wanted was a steak.
Here’s hoping.
Woohoo?

A judgement has been made that XRP is not a security in the ongoing case against Ripple by the SEC.

The judgement does not extend to the lengths of saying that the company has never engaged in selling XRP as a security but even if they do find that they did, the result will likely just be a fine. The bigger part of it all is that exchanges have already relisted it.

I have been buying in this bear market. In the last 10 months or so, I have bought about 0.5 BitCoin, a couple of thousand Polygon/Matic, a couple of hundred XLM, 2300 ADA. The Halving is next spring and we are very close to fall now...still teetering, by many metrics, on the edge of a recession. SEC still losing many aspects in their legal pursuits.

Definitely an 'interesting' time.

I realize that this is my second reply to this but there is quite a surge in the market right now so you may want to keep an eye on prices and so on for a bit.

yeah i am only down 60% now!!!!!

btc, eth, link, and matic seem to be my "better" performers lol.

ada, doge, and shibu are all duds.

Yes, BTC still drives the entire market. There is little uncoupling yet, though Solana looks to be doing its own thing (Visa uses Solana's blockchain).

With the BTC halving to take place in spring, it will be 6 months to watch.

BitCoin on a tear this last few days... running hard!

I can see it stalling around $45 000 usd. It seems like those increments of $5000 are psychological barriers.
