I love Jazzmasters and the colors look cool, but the whole pawn shop thing is a puzzle to me. Why would I spend $799 on a guitar that looks like it came from a pawnshop, when I could just go to a pawnshop and spend $200 on something that looks better. I'd rather have a VM Jazzy or a Blacktop for half that.

Personally, I'd rather have the Squier version. They will be worth more in the long run and they are excellent guitars.

I don't know what to think about it. On one hand, it's quirky and not-just-a-Strat, but on the other hand, it's kinda ugly. Maybe with a different finish?
