Regal Dobro 1930

Beautiful old Regal made Dobro resonator round neck guitar made around 1930. This model is amongst the very 1st resonators produced by Regal for the Dopyera Bros.

I REALLY want a dobro/resonator guitar.

I have been leaning toward the metal bodied ones because of what happened to my brothers - it got pretty dried out and needs a lot of work. (but it's not too far from being a decent player if we can get the neck straightened out - no truss rod though.)

I've only ever played a couple in guitar shops.

I'd love to have one, but I don't know if I'd rather have a round neck or a square neck.

Probably round so I could play it regular, or with a slide if I wanted to.
