I think you heavens call it arugula - a peppery leaf. I ordered a BLT from a deli for lunch earlier off the back of this thread. It was very much enjoyed.

My wife often does toast or a bagel with bacon, cherry tomatoes, rocket, cream or garlic cheese and a chilli jam for brunch at the weekend. It's fantastic.

Ours has a little cubby we put it into when not in use so it's not taking up lots of counter space. Cleaning is easy too, bowl of water (some lemon juice or vinegar if you want to get fancy or it's disgusting) let it steam then wipe down.

We've got a fancy Ninja gizmo that does a bunch of things including air fryer. Mrs jbj uses a tonne, usually to do frozen crap as jpnyc mentioned and it does do it well tbf. All my pals with kids love an air fryer. I use it much less but I left it a bit late last night to fire up the kamado so...
