I think that the author of the chart did not account for increases in Uber Eats fees that Americans pay to avoid driving to McDonalds.

We were at a coffee shop, Phiends, run by jam band fans. They had a Billy Strings concert playing on a TV screen. I was happily surprised that Carol enjoyed it.

About 18 years ago I went to see Yonder Mountain String Band at a small club in Northampton. It was mind expanding. That's my kind of bluegrass.
