Prs

It depends. They are great guitars, but if you get all the bling, you're definitely paying way too much for what you're getting. Get one without all the bling, and yeah, they are probably worth the base price.

Those are my 3. Worth every penny, I adore them. Value is in the mind of the player - play one and see if it speaks to you.

Not at UK prices that's for sure.

Edit: Though I agree with Aahzz..if you bond with a guitar, it's worth whatever it is pretty much.

Thats beautiful.

thanks.

it cost me less than the Gibson Historics i thought i wanted but wasn't bonding with. which is why i laugh when people say that PRS is a corksniffer brand for snorkeldicks, and real men play Gibsons. its not like Gibsons cost any less.

Very true.

Im a sucker for goldtops. I'd like to play one of those with the soapbars someday.

After playing Kyle's at P-stock, I'd say that the used prices are pretty reasonable, and for the Mira new. They're extremely consistent as far as playability. Every one I ever played felt like all 3 of Kyle's, I am always surprised at how alike they get them to feel, unlike Gibson which as we all know all feel different.

I will agree absolutely that used is the way to go...even if I bought 2 of mine new. In my case, the new ones not only spoke to me, but I got them at deals ridiculous enough to essentially be used prices.

I hold that used CEs are some of the best deals to be had - full US made PRS playability, quality, and tone for right around a grand if you shop well.

Actually I think that comperable Gibsons are now more expensive.

I'm not much of a PRS fan but if I found one I liked I'd buy it. I thought I wanted a Mira for a while but didn't make a connection with any of the ones that I played..

That's my issue. They're really nice guitars, but I haven't bonded with "the one" yet.
