So we’re all blind…. I blame the “None More Pink”!

When I played my Guitarbie Pink Sparkle Sully at last weekend’s gig, I looked at the pic and thought “why are the pole pieces in the middle, not the outside?”

I looked back at old pics and realized nobody noticed… and it explained wny the neck pickup was so hot and unusable.

So I took the strings off and fixed the wiring and placement.

MUCH better now!!! All three voices on each pickup are distinct now and usable. I could stand to replace the tone knob with an active mid boost if that’s an option.

Neck is still a little thin for my tastes, but the guitar is light, well balanced, and plays extremely well. :baimun:

Played it at two more gigs now that the pickups are corrected..... sounds great and I like all of the different voices, but the Fluence still have that active compression that EMGs and others have. There's definitely a place for that, like high gain, but I'll likely switch back to passives at some point in the future.
