I've seen several shitty local band shows over the years. But as far as a famous band, Motley Crue absolutely sucked last time I saw them. Vince Neil needs to just quit it.

I used to drive through there every time I went back up to visit family when I was living in Sacramento/Davis. There was a stretch of road before Ione (Michigan Bar Road?), where I always put in a fresh dip, cranked some hair metal on the stereo, and drove as fast as humanly possible. Good times.

I just saw an olive green Tele on Anderton's that has given me the worst GAS I've had in years. Thankfully, I'm too cheap to spend over $2,000 on a guitar anyway, so I don't really have to take any moral stances here.

Anybody taking any plant sterol/stanol (phytosterol) supplements to lower LDL? Is it helping? What's a trusted brand? My LDL remains high even though I eat healthily, exercise regularly, and take a psylium husk supplement daily. I'd rather not go on a statin, so I was researching alternatives.
