I generally don't get great production either. This guy has his whole yard filled with plants and they are bursting. This batch has probably 8-9 different varieties, several I've never tried before

My employer has done RIFs annually the past few years. Anecdotally I've seen folks struggle more every year of the past 3 years finding new roles. The difference between 3 years ago and this past year has been substantial.
