It's a 1995 employee made CE guitar. The top 3 way toggle switch is for p/u selection BUT the middle single coil p/u isn't activated by it. The other 3 way toggle (where a tone control would normally be) taps the p/u's and uses the middle p/u to get lots of quack with splitting the humbuckers.
