we have so many offers of raffle items that I'll need to see how multiple prizes work with the raffle software. I think it's possible to do it with one raffle or do you guys think its better to do it with individual raffles for each item?
 
I'm throwing in the sets of Rose Black Velvets and BG Minis that I have in the Spam section.
 
Wonder what the best way to reach the broadest audience and get the most possible donations/raffle/bid entries possible would really be?

I don't know. As soon as we have the raffle and some other things figured out this week I will send out a forum email to start with.

Also, does anyone remember Jeremys HC username?

I'm just thinking that if it's only really forum members and a few new people participating in the raffle, it's not going to really net the cash it could otherwise. Maybe his bandmates might have some feeback or a network of people/outlet they could press into action.

I agree. Sunvalleylaw has actually been working on a way to work with his bandmates but the details are not finalized yet.
 
Also, the notice at the top of the page has been changed - for the time being all forum news will be suspended and it'll point here.

I was wondering this too. He used it here for a little while and asked me to change it but I don't remember what it was and the forum software reset the changelog for user accounts since we were on vBulletin back then.
 
Yeah, unless there is a way to reach a huge amount of people to enter the raffles, probably wouldn't make as much money as we could. What if we only had a few raffles for smaller stuff, and had one person list the bigger stuff on Ebay, or Reverb.
