Is this craft bacon ? is bacon the next thing hipsters will appropriate on the "craft level". To quote Roger waters..."it all makes perfect sense , expressed in dollars and cents" . Take the staple of the american working class throught the ages (greasy dive breakfasts of truckers and the blue collar...i.e. bacon and eggs on the cheap and fast) rebrand it as craft and sell it at an inflated price of 10 times the normal

flavored bacon isn't "craft"/hipster any more than flavored coffee is.

I was just thinking it might because they sly infer it in their name "canadian CRAFT" and also bacon is very hip (bacon dounuts , think uber hip donut mecca "voodoo donuts") and then the addition of whisky, he only thing more telling would be if they had Siracha flavored bacon
