i thought i start a lunch thread, in case some of us are having something special for lunch.

today at work we are having City Barbecue (https://www.citybbq.com/location/toledo/menu/sandwiches/beef-brisket)

i'm having the Big Brisket sammich....mmmmmmmmm.

I had a single flour tortilla with a smattering of cheese on it.

I was going to have a Sprecher Orange Dream soda with it, but I see now that I drank the last one yesterday, so I'm just having room temperature tap water with my tortilla. Sad am I.
 
I had a falafel/pita sandwich. Pretty good but I wish that place would learn to chop their salad makins a little finer.
 
Same as everyday at work, except I eat out on Fridays.

Walmart roasted chicken lunch meat and mayo on white bread. A baggie of Lays potatoes chips. A Little Debbie's snack cake. And a Coke.
 
Salad. I need to drop a few covid pounds so I've been eating salad for lunch every day. Well, every WEEKDAY. Also exercising more.

Its boring but it's working, so I guess I'll keep doing it.
 
I just finished what was basically a very lazy trader joes fried fish sandwich (1 trader joes frozen naan, some mayo, a couple chunks of trader joes frozen breaded cod fillets, and a handful of trader joes spring mix bagged greens. the mayo was not from trader joes, all due apologies to TJs.) It was surprisingly good for a super lazy I need to go to the grocery store and just threw it together from stuff in the freezer sort of way.
 
My wife tossed together the ingredients for Thai lettuce wraps but threw it all onto a big tortilla.

Delicious.
 
One of those frozen Ayo Chicken Yassa bowls , a Tasty Bites Madras Lentils , as I type a Kiwi and will finish off with a Tangerine
