The deadliest guitar stand

BlackCat

American Greaser
Most of my gear is in storage. I hope to get it out before the new year.
In the mean time this is my only guitar stand. It is guaranteed to fail. I predict a quick trip to the floor for any instrument unlucky enough to be placed on it. My Squier Jazzmaster just took a dive. Being a Fender it was unharmed but it was connected to my audio interface and that freaked out. Had to be rebooted.

My Gibson is not getting within spitting distance of this horrible thing.

If you want a portable, light guitar stand, I cannot recommend the Hercules GS200B enough. Think it was @Poparad I first saw post about them awhile back. I asked for and got one as a present, either last birthday or Xmas, and liked it so much I bought a second. Holds either electrics or acoustics securely and fits in a reasonable size pocket of a gig bag.

Yep, that was me! I love these things. I've got one in every gig bag.

I have a Mono double guitar gig bag that I use, so provided I don't need any more than 2 guitars, the two stands covers me and both fit in the pocket. If I need more guitars, I'm carrying that much already, I'll take my 4 guitar rack stand with me instead.

They aren't deadly, they aren't as strong as Hercules, but they are friendly.
It's only rated for acoustic or classical guitars. While I wouldn't put my $40 vintage Martin I Mary Tyler scored at that little old ladies garage sale, my Yamaha's are just fine on this.

Meet the Hola.

New guitar stands came today but not before my JM took another dump. Luckily they builds them things tough.
