Six decades of music!

Gary Blanchard

beloved, local musician
I got a local arts council grant to do a retrospective concert in May. I have been lucky enough to have a local group, Water Bear, agree to back me up for a good portion of the program. We did a group photo tonight for the flyers and newspaper stories. They are very talented and can sing harmony. It should be a great show. I have also arranged to have a two-camera video made. My neuropathy is increasing and starting to affect my hands, so I figured now is the time to do this.

Yeah. When and where. I have some travel to the Boston area planned for work. It’s a long shot, but I might be able to make something work.

Think Star Wars. It's May 4 in Brookfield, MA. That's about two hours west of Boston. For Jelloman, it is just a bit north of where we met up with Modern Saint. The show starts at 2 pm; the venue is the Brookfield Unitarian Universalist Church. It's one of the few places in Brookfield that has space and is fully accessible.

The best and worst of having a long running tight knit community like ours is definitely feeling like our world is a little bigger and a little brighter even as our group continues on through the decades.

@gary Blachard you are our senior embassador of quan and groovy vibes. :hippie:
