Pizza tonight

I make our own pizza dough, which is quite simple, just flour, salt, yeast, olive oil, and water. The water needs to be 40c, that will make the dough rise.
Toppings for tonight are cheese ( a mix blend of I don't know what), peppers, mushrooms, pizza sauce "store bought", but it really is some good stuff.

It's raining today so pizza and rainy nights go pretty good and that too

the dough is the tricky part, water must be at 40c "F" i don't know,

dough 700 grams makes 2 pizzas
salt I just shake the shaker 7 times seems to taste ok
water start with one cup and slowly and then add a little more water, usually about a half cup, don't have a real measuring cup here
olive oil 2 teaspoons should do it, use pure virgin olive oil, the other lower grade oils don't make it

let rise for about half an hour, longer is ok too

put a little oil on the pan "not too much" , spread the dough


toppings, pizza sauce and I add some fennel seeds, I think i spelled it right
then mushrooms and onions too, then cheese and top it off with green peppers and add a little more onions too


we have a "high fast oven" so the pizza bakes in 17 to 18 minutes at 220c
if i go at 230c the cheese burns, cheap 日本　cheese :HB:


of course if you drink beer that or wine makes it complete

I like pineapple too and the above, I think the ham and pineapple really bring out the flavor with some real good cheese

Im sorry, but im sure its in the Bible somewhere that fruit does not belong on Pizza. I think its one of the commandments or something.

I always pick the foul little things off.
