Kick Henry Jackassowski
It's been over 30 years since I had a new acoustic guitar and it was time as the old Yamaha I had bit the dust (no vintage value here). After some research I narrowed it down to 3 brands. After going to a few stores I found Penny Lane guitars in Ft. Lauderdale that had in stock all three I had considered. After doing a/b tests I decided on the Eastman 3D3e. It checked off all my boxes. Great specs for a guitar in it's price range.
Ebony fretboard, solid Sitka spruce top, Solid Ovangkol (resourcable wood btwn rosewood and mahogany) bone nut, ebony and bone bridge, and Fishman electronics. So far so good as now I'm in the honeymoon stage. Also I wanna give Kyle (Aahzz) a shout out for his guidance.
