Why would she do such a thing, I wondered?

"Well, the outdoor bin took in lots of water these past 2 seasons. She has mold and mildew, and stinks like hell. Many of her fingers are broken off, and her arm is busted. Her sensor is jammed, and she won't shut up, casting her spells on anyone within earshot the whole time she's plugged in."

"Doesn’t that make her better?"

I'm not sure what the plan is. She's still lying in the rocks.

Yeah, weird things started happening right after I snapped that photo of her.

I drove off to take my son to school, then head to work. I had gotten 3 blocks, when I realized I had left my coffee on the edge of my truck bed. Clearly a spell.

Then, a while later, a car zipped by me in the street, coming dangerously close....As I swept up the shattered pieces of my busted coffee mug.

Here's the replacement mug. My daughter gave me this one.

Thanks. It was one of 3 large cups I take to work. Of the 3, it's the one I wouldn't mind breaking the most.

Here's the California cup that broke. I would show you the shattered cup scene, but I didn't want to be the asshole taking selfies in traffic. I did sweep up the mess.



The wife and I got Mr and Mrs. Cups when we got married earlier this year. I'm very glad that one didn't break.

The Witch has provided a laugh or 2 at my wife's expense.
My son and I were driving home after his soccer practice, and I asked him, "why is Mom lying in the rocks?"
