I have become baimun, destroyer of worlds

Peen Simmons

Let’s Get Obtuse!
Wound up in an advantageous transaction selling a Reverend that I impulse bought because it was a great deal. Then something I’d been eyeballing went on sale at Sweetwater.

Now you comes the antici………………..pation as you wait for me to post an NGD for something I probably didn’t need but will temporarily make me feel less glum.

It is not a guitar from one of the big three electric guitar manufacturers or their subsidiaries. It is also equipped with at least one humbucker and therefore is a children’s guitar that is not Flamencology approved.

A Gretsch or G&L?

Raises an interesting question about who people consider to be the biggest names in guitars. I would assume everyone would have Fender and Gibson as the biggest two even if that is just based on the history of the companies. Who's next probably varies wildly depending on the individual's experiences and what they perceive as the most iconic.

Maybe, it’s easier to say the big 4 are Fender, Gibson, Ibanez and PRS.

I bet it's a Grubbins Grabbix
That's a clever guess. However, Sweetwater does not carry it.

They do carry D'Angelico, Danelectro and Duesenberg. But, very few of those are on sale. So, the probability that it's any of those brands is low.

I thought @baimun's idea of Eastman was interesting. Yet, they don't seem to have discounts going at the moment.

Epiphone has some variety in their product line. Other than open box specials, few seem to be on sale.

Ernie Ball has some sale items as well as open box specials. So, that's a higher probability than the D's or E's I name dropped above.

I'm certain of one thing. I don't know.
