DESCRIPTION:
Folks, this is easily our favorite Pfeister guitar to date. We’re in love with the sound, feel and playability and we're surely making a big mistake by not just keeping it. It has a unique warm and woody tone with truckloads of character and subtleties.
According to Craig Pfeister, it was designed entirely with soul wrenching blues in mind. The ironwood used on this guitar is special stuff and laregly responsible for its tone. It's very hard to get ahold of and near impossible to work with, which makes this guitar even more unique. The neck is a jumbo sized C shape and noticeably comfortable, especially when playing for long periods. The guitar feels well worn as well as looking the part.

:nonocat:

It'd be a cool guitar if it were made out of normal woods and not set on fire for about 1/3 the price, though.

I hadn't even been aware of "relicing" until visiting this forum. On a number of levels, I find this absurd. Let's take something new and damage it to look "vintage", "cool" whatever. Give me a break.
I think you're a jackass if you buy something new and deliberately damage it.
