Roasted Maple, ‘59 neck carve, Floyd nut ready, 6100 stainless frets.

The pics above are with one wet coat of Tru-Oil.

The pic below is dry and unfinished…. Once dry the color will prob be halfway between.

That made me think of those old Carvin catalogs with the T60 "Harlequin Prismatique" finish. I've seen cars with a similar finish and would really love a guitar in that color... Pretty neck btw, but what's going on at the fretboard side of the nut slot on the bass side? Is that a filled chip?

But I'm actually using these tuners on a different rainbow build.

This particular Warmoth build is my Ultra-lightweight gig guitar... so these are the tuners that are going behind the Floyd locking nut...

They're currently on a reverse headstock baritone. I had the baritone neck on this guitar and decided I wanted a regular scale neck, which is why I ordered the Warmoth.
