We've been married for 20 years and have two beautiful daughters.... best thing I've ever done with my life. :grin:

That's pretty much how I look at it, too.

We haven't been married for that long, in the big picture, but we've had to deal with enough problems in that period to have found out that we meant every word of the vows.

Plus, y'know. Helps to have a nice face to wake up to.

Who the hell knows? Maybe I'd be a rocketship commander right now if I hadn't gotten married. She rarely carries a purse so I don't have to hold it. That's a plus. This thread is simply an excuse for glurge and jokes about divorce, neither of which need any excuse to multiply like something yucky that multiplies. Let's quit while we're ahead Weiner Forum.

Years of exposure to Jimmy James has led me to embrace glurge as a revolutionary act. "I love my wife" means, as often as not, "Oscar, go fuck yourself". I've been conditioned.
 
I did. The first one was a psychotic meth-smoking nightmare, but I did a lot better the second time. It's been 9 years.
