Some pedals I got over the past few weeks/months
Bought the TC Nether Octave and the Flamma Cab in April, the Nether for fun and the Cab to start doing some home recording sometime, haven't opened the box yet.
A digital nomad/ex-bass playing friend gave me some pedals, I am tempted to keep them:
MXR 10-band QE - needs 18 volts and I don't have one right now.
Boss DD6 - I already have delay in my Keeley SuperMod Workstation, but this one has a reverse setting that I like.
Keeley 4-knob compressor - needs fixing
Korg Pitchblack tuner - didn't try it yet
Tech21 SansAmp Bass driver deluxe - didn't try it yet
Boss SYB-3 Bass synthesizer - same
Visual Sounds H2O - Supermod Workstation has both chorus and delay, the Boss and Ibanez do the delay, but the chorus side here has a delay time control, which is cool, and the chorus is analog, AFAIK, which is probably not really a big deal.
I got the last 2 from a Facebook friend that just gave them away:
Levana CT's Rough Rider - a fuzz by a local builder, it works but has noise issues (the guy said it doesn't work 100%), when it behaved I like it, the mids and scale knob seem to interact in a weird way.
Boss OC2 - labeled Octaver, not Octave, IIRC it means it's older and more collectable, anyway it sounds great (didn't A/B with the Nether). I told the guy that he can probably sell it for a nice sum, but he didn't want to deal with it so yeay for me.
